MTAudit version 3.45 (06-Jun-2008)

is now available for download and evaluation.

MTAudit is a powerful Microsoft Office tool to extract up-to-date and complete Mineral Tenement details from the Western Australian DOIR Mineral Titles Online (MTO) Database, for importing into tenement management software or auditing existing databases. Use it to minimise data entry for new tenements, and quickly identify errors or changes in existing tenement details. It is ideal for 'Due Diligence' type reports which currently require exhaustive manual cross referencing of local data against MTO.

Version 3 has been updated to work with the latest release of the eMiTS Mineral Titles Online website, and includes a new function to build datasets based on Tenement Enquiries.

Other features of the new release are:

• Up to 30% faster downloading tenement details from the new website;
• Can now download tenement details in the background without interfering with other computer use;
• Can export contacts, tenements and tenement holders to LeaseControl, with full data checking, undo, and lookup field management;
• Export can merge data from MTO with additional data from the spreadsheet

The basic process followed by MTAudit is:

• Import a list of tenements ID's from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet;
• Download latest tenement details from the MTO Tenement Register;
• Compare tenement details in the spreadsheet against the downloaded information;
• Report differences in a easy to use form, with functions to expedite the audit process,
  including automatically applying corrections and directly jumping to the original data;
• Export tenement details in a customisable form, ready to be imported into other databases.

MTAudit can also be used to independently cross-check that rents and expenditures are up to date (eg for Joint Venture Partners), or produce a range of statistical reports across entire tenement holdings.

System Requirements: Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Internet Explorer 6 or later, broadband internet connection desirable but not essential. Versions also available for Office XP (2002) and Office 2000.

Pricing

MTAudit Version 3 has a one-off setup fee of $2700 for the initial Site License, plus $1800 per year (ex GST) for product support and software updates. Notes:

• The setup fee includes installation, setting up initial audits, and on-site training.
• The license permits an unrestricted number of users or installations from the same company.
• Support fees include ongoing product support and all software updates for the 12 month period.
• An evaluation license is available that permits scanning of up to 100 tenements
