What is Tenement Safety Net?

As a web application, Tenement Safety Net requires no installation, and, once set up, requires no user actions or computer resources. Automated reports arrive monthly by email, using the schedule provided. It is built on the established technology of Mineral Titles Audit, now being used by many of Australia's leading mining and tenement management companies to assist with their tenement management. Tenement Safety Net comes in 3 versions- TSN Lite, TSN Standard and TSN Pro.

TSN Lite version has the management reports as described and includes 1 hour of data download and processing per month.

TSN Standard provides the ability to group tenements by project or party, multiple email recipients, customised schedule, and includes 2 hours of data download and processing per month.

In addition, TSN Pro reports on any changes (eg new dealings/conditions), includes 8 hours processing/month and can identify tenements by holders, removing the dependence on an accurate tenement schedule.

All TSN web applications versions are run on a secure server to protect the confidentiality of your tenements.

Overview

Tenement Safety Net is a special purpose web application designed to help mining companies protect their most valuable assets: their tenements.

With Tenement Safety Net, a tenement manager can quickly and confidently:

• Correct any errors or omissions before tenements are forfeited.
• Verify that last month's actions have been completed in full and recorded in the official register;
• Build a checklist of critical actions to be done that month;

Given a list of tenements in WA, Tenement Safety Net produces a monthly email report on these tenements, listing those that have Rents, Form 5's, Partial Surrenders or Expiries coming up. This information is downloaded by the application from the WA DoIR's Mineral Titles Online, giving an up-to-date 'Official Version' of the state of the tenements. It also reports on the previous month's actions; showing Rents paid, Form 5's submitted (along with any exemption application details), Surrenders, and any Extensions or Conversions pending for tenements about to expire.

Tenement Safety Net is also ideal for shadow managing tenements where there may be royalty interests or joint venture arrangements and the tenements are being managed by a third party. In this case, the reports can be used to cross check that the tenements are being kept in good standing.

Pricing

The annual operating fee for TSN is $900 for TSN Lite, $1,800 for TSN Standard and $4,500 for TSN Pro (ex GST). This fee includes support and maintenance for the 12 month period.
